The bathroom with light tiles is equipped with a bath, a large sink with a cupboard next to it, a wall mirror, wall heating and a toilet. A high chair is available on request. Large glass sliding doors in the living room open directly onto your private sunny balcony. You can make yourselves comfortable here on the lounge furniture, use the modern gas grill and enjoy the extensive view over the rooftops of the locality as far as the blue sea and the picturesque harbour.

It is a little less than 500 metres to the sea and the long sandy beach. Long the harbour promenade you can find all kinds of shops and a range of gastronomy. Just down the road, about a 3-minute walk away, there is a bus stop (name Xmiel) with regular direct connections to Valetta, the capital of the island. There is also a bus service from the airport to Marsascala .

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
