The use of air conditions are also included in the rental rates, however use of electricity is included. This would normally suffice for any stay and only in exceptional circumstances there was a need to top up. Any extra units will be charged at 20 cents per unit utilising an automated electricity meter (by inserting coins).
A deposit is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.
It is 5 mins away by walk from rocky beaches and also to St Thomas Bay.The unique St Peters Pool can be reached in 10 mins by car while Malta International Airport is 15 mins by car. Free public parking spaces are available near the apartment.
The recently opened Sant Antnin Family Fun Park in Marsascala is 20 minute walk away and features a 5 aside football pitch, play ground for ages 2-12 and much more..
The bus stop is 3 minutes walk away from the apartment and runs regularly every 20 minutes to capital city Valletta. From here you can get other buses to other areas of Malta.
