Il-Kalkara is a 200-year-old farmhouse enjoying a prominent position in the green valley of Xlendi and it is situated between Munxar village and on the way to Xlendi bay. At once dominating, but at the same time blending with the lush landscape surrounding it. The entrance is to a central courtyard with nearly all the rooms have the beautiful views of the pool area, gardens and the Xlendi valley.
All bedrooms are situated on the first floor and the living quarters are situated on the ground floor. Where one can access the Kitchen and living area through the ground floor, leading to the outdoor pool area which has a jacuzzi and a spacious BBQ area. All this is surrounded with the Farmhouse private garden.
The Farmhouse is situated on the outskirts of the quaint village of Munxar. Within few minutes walk, there is the Church of St Paul in the heart of the village, also a small square with a superb restaurant and a supermaket nearby. One can easily make a stroll all the way to the cliffs that offers a spectacular view of the West Coast of the island of Gozo.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
