Villa Adelaide is situated in a elegant and small agriturismo inside the Delta del Po Natural Park. Thanks to the great position of the house travellers will reach, within a short time the many hamlets and important cities of Veneto and Emilia Romagna. Venice, Ravenna, Ferrara and Padua are only one hour away and Verona and Bologna are maximum two hours. Villa Adelaide is large and a good quality holiday home ideal for an extended family, or a big group of friends. The house is a part of a building with two other apartments but it is completely separated with two independent entrances. The property is spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished, texture and fittings are of excellent standard. If guests do not feel like cooking they can book a dinner just in front of the villa at the agriturismo. On request the owner provides bicycles, ebikes and boats for guests to make excursions on the Po Delta, breakfast and wine tasting. Upon request it is also possible to take riding lessons and make trekking and excursion inside the estate or in the countryside. Daily Room cleaning service included. In the house is not allowed to smoke. Pool is open from 27 of April till 19 of October

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
