Sopralago (over the lake) surrounded by olive groves and forest
Magnificent views is an apt description of our new villa on Lake Garda.
In 2020/21 we built this villa, which is equipped with underfloor heating, air conditioning and top furnishings, above Cassone - Malcesine.
From every room - room - bathroom, as well as from the entire property, you have an indescribable view of Lake Garda from north to south and the surrounding mountains.
Ideal place where you can relax with your loved ones and dog and have an ideal starting point for hikes.
You can park your car on our private property with charging station for electric cars, which is located at the driveway to the villa.
With a small off-road vehicle, which is at your disposal after arrival and included in the rental price, you can reach the house in a few minutes via a steep, narrow road of approx. 550 metres.
If you do not wish to travel with your own vehicle, we will pick you up from a nearby airport or train station and bring you to and from the property.
If you wish to make use of this service, please let us know at the time of booking so that we can advise you of the cost of this service.
From our private car park, which is close to the village, you can reach the lake beach and the village centre, where there are three pizzerias/restaurants and a top restaurant, in about 5 minutes.

The house can be booked at any time of the year.
From the house you can take walks through the olive groves to Lake Garda and the surrounding villages of Brenzone - Malcesine
