This 1-bedroom holiday home in Lazise features a shared swimming pool to take a dip and is ideal for a family or group of 4. Set amidst peaceful surroundings, the home is close to the lake.
The complex and the surrounding area: Between 1999 and 2001, a new residential area was built for permanent residence, but with several beautiful pools, in a very individual architectural style. The location is quiet but central, only 800 m from the lake and from the old town walls of Lazise, reachable on foot in a few minutes. In the village (Lazise), there are several shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. The center is 5 minutes away (on foot). Gardaland (Italy's largest amusement park) is less than 10 10-minute drive away. Verona is 30 minutes away, Venice is 1.5 hours away, and Milan is 1 hour and 45 minutes away.
Each residential unit has its own garage or parking space. Because the apartments are in different parts of the complex and therefore do not all use the same swimming pool, these apartments are not suitable for large families and groups of young people. Despite the size, it is a quiet area.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
