THE SWIMMING POOL WILL BE SALE WITHOUT THE USE OF ZERO CHEMICAL CHLORINE Cà Della Fumana is a brand new flat in an old drying room for the grapes of Amarone della Vapolicella finely renovated in 2019, immersed in the tranquility of the valley, the junction point between the city of Verona, Lake Garda and Lessinia.
Situated behind Fumane at the foot of Mount Rivoli under the spectacular and evocative Sanctuary of the Madonna de la Salette, which is a fantastic panoramic balcony over the vineyards of Valpolicella, it is the ideal place to regain energy.
Its particular location makes it suitable for both a relaxing holiday and cultural tourism, thanks to the convenience with which one can reach the main tourist destinations in the Veneto region, such as Verona, Lake Garda, Venice, Treviso and Trentino.
For lovers of walking and cycling there are routes immersed in nature.
For lovers of good food and wine there are numerous wine and food routes with wine tastings; the owners, who are in love with their territory, offer to suggest tasting routes.
The property also has an outdoor park equipped with sun loungers and barbecue, parasol, table and chairs for dining.
The house consists of a main area where the owners reside and an independent area reserved for guests.
The flat has two bedrooms, each of which sleeps two, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be made into doubles, and a beautiful living room with a large sofa bed that sleeps two. There is also an open plan kitchen/living area equipped with oven, fridge, dishwasher, sofa and satellite TV.
The rooms are air conditioned, have independent heating and free internet. The flat has a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and drying rack. It is possible to have several parking spaces outside, inside the property, which can be accessed through a motorised gate.
The village of Fumane is only a few kilometres from one of the best hospitals in the province of Verona, the hospital of Negrar, which can be reached in 20 minutes. Leisure activities: in the area there are two riding stables, several trails and paths for mountain bikes or for those who love walking. In the village there are several restaurants and agriturismi.
For those who love good wine, since we are in the centre of the historic Valpolicella area, there are about a hundred wine cellars offering tastings and guided tours.
Places to visit: Verona can be reached in 25 minutes, as can Lake Garda and its theme parks such as Gardaland and Caneva World, in 20 minutes you can also reach the Pastrengo safari zoo, and in 10 minutes you can spend a relaxing afternoon at the Aquardens spa, which is the largest in Europe.
In about 20 minutes you can reach Verona airport.
Mountain lovers can be in the Dolomites in about an hour and a half. 10 minutes from the property, there are also the famous Molina Waterfalls, which attract more than 80,000 tourists every year. The particularity of this area is the abundance of water, thanks to the existence of perennial springs in the north of the village of Molina. In addition to the sparkling waterfalls, the Park also offers visitors a landscape marked by forests and meadows, frequently interrupted by torrents and streams of water that combine the sweetness of the green, in the infinite variety of vegetation, with the grey of the rocky spurs.
A synthesis of the low mountain landscape can be found in the park, where paths and itineraries offer visitors the serene solemnity of a bubbling waterfall, an expanse of multicoloured flowers between a forest and a precipice, or the gorge inhabited by a swirling torrent.
Also worth seeing is the Tibetan Bridge, a classic work of engineering suspended by ropes between opposite banks, the first of its kind in the Veneto and one of the rarities in Italy, connecting the Marano di Valpolicella trail system with that of Sant'Anna d'Alfaedo. Also nearby are the Fumane Caves, which bear witness to the uninterrupted presence of Neanderthal Man and then Homo sapiens sapiens from about 80,000 to 25,000 years ago. Last, but no less interesting, is the Ponte di Veja, which was probably frequented well before the last ice age by a colony of skilled workers of flint artefacts, arrows, points, needles. We are amazed that those prehistoric men (perhaps Neanderthals) traded their precious material for half of Europe, as far as the Baltic Sea in present-day Poland, by the Amber route, or as far as the French end.
