Former spinning mill from the 19th century on a 15,000 square meter winery on the outskirts of Costermano. You live in the middle of beautiful nature, above Garda, with a wonderful view of Lake Garda. The building, which is a listed building, was rebuilt so that most of its structure could be preserved. The loving renovation created a unique facility with a distinctive atmosphere, in which historical arches, stairs, columns and vaults are ideally combined with today's amenities.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
