Nestled within a beautiful 15,000 m² green space in Costermano, on a hill overlooking Lake Garda, the residence is surrounded by stunning scenery.

The residence was created from a traditional farmhouse typical of the region, which served as a silk mill in the 19th century. The entire complex has been renovated under the supervision of the heritage authorities and offers a unique ambiance amidst arcades, vaults, columns, and ancient walls, skillfully integrated with high-quality details.

The three-room apartments consist of a living room with a double sofa bed and dining area, a kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a terrace. Some apartments are spread over two floors. The apartments are simply but very comfortable and equipped with a telephone, satellite TV, and a safe.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
