Pets are not allowed in the property.

We would like to inform our guests that bed linen and towels are not provided. It is, however, available on request for a small fee. We recommend that you enquire about this before checking in.

Suite Laguna is happy to have you as a guest!
We will contact you in the next few days to ask you to send us a copy of your identity document or passport and those travelling with you, so that we can complete the registration, as required by law.
Your data will be treated with the utmost care and in compliance with Legislative Decree 101/2018 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
We remind you that, without these documents, we will not be able to allow you access to the accommodation.
Furthermore, we remind you that the tourist tax is €1.50 per night per person from 6 years old to 75 years of age.
On your arrival, the following charges must be paid in cash
-the deposit, which will be returned after we have checked that there is no damage (even after a few days by bank transfer);
- tourist tax,
- cleaning fee (€100)
-electricity costs,
- if you have booked it, car parking (€7 per day).
-If you also have bikes of your own, we ask you to consider their parking: in this case the total cost for car + bike is €10 per day.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
