The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds, a single bed and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue and a balcony or terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three bidets, a bath, two showers, four washbasins, three toilets and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, two fridges, a freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher and a stovetop.

The top floor features a second open kitchen, a spacious living/bedroom with two double sofa beds, a dining table, play equipment, and a private bathroom, ideal for families or groups. Outdoors, enjoy a private garden with sun loungers, barbecue, and garden furniture. A high chair, camping cot, ironing board, and parking are also available. Optional Utilities & Service Package
An optional utilities and service package of EUR 150,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
