The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, a double bed and a bunk bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are four elevators. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, a shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Renovated apartment is located inside the cosy Grand'Ourse Residence, in the Cervinia, Cielo Alto area directly on the ski slopes and directly accessible by ski from the slopes for an average skier.

Ideal for winter skiing, summer skiing on the Cervino glacier, cross-country skiing, and for those wishing to access the beautiful ski slopes of Zermatt in Switzerland via direct access with skis from the Italian slopes. The area offers food and wine experiences, spas, golf, summer sports such as mountain biking, trekking, climbing, walking, horseback riding and guided tours of many castles.

Located at 2178 m in the mountains, the apartment on the 6th floor can be accessed with a lift. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, communal garden with sun loungers, umbrellas are available. Those travelling by car are reminded to be equipped with chains or winter tires. A launderette and a supermarket can be found in the immediate vicinity. Ground floor has a ski box to store your skis and boots.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
