The accommodation consists of a kitchenette with relaxation and dining area, a balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a bedroom with a single bed and a foldaway bed, 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet. Ginny's House has a convenient garage. In just a few days you can visit the village of Pré Saint Didier and the surrounding area between mountain villages and unspoilt nature. Pré Saint Didier is an ideal destination for skiers and winter sports enthusiasts, as Courmayeur, Mont Blanc and the entire ski area can be easily reached; on the other hand, during the summer there are numerous trekking trails, many of which lead to Lake Vernet. Another essential stop is the Orrido waterfall: the gorge of the same name is crossed by a footbridge at a height of 160 metres from which it is possible to see the waterfall itself and Mont Blanc with its entire mountain range. Pré Saint Didier is famous for its historical thermal baths built in 1834, today the establishment still has the original 19th century architecture that makes the atmosphere very romantic. The thermal waters rich in silicon and iron flow from the heart of the mountain at a temperature of 37 degrees.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
