The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds or two single beds, two double beds and two single sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a garden, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, four bidets, four baths or showers, four washbasins and four hairdryers.

This charming accommodation between Umbria and Tuscany has a beautiful swimming pool (open from March to October) that is shared with other guests. It is an excellent choice for holidays with family or friends.

The Tettoia house with a large fireplace extends over 3 floors with unique and characteristic wooden stairs. It is cosy and intimate despite being part of an ancient Umbrian Borgo from 1500 with a total of 6 houses.

Although it is possible to cook an excellent breakfast on your own, with a nice morning walk in the surrounding area you can choose to try out small bars in nearby Umbertide, where you will find nice shops and cosy restaurants where you can dine in the evening on typical Umbrian cuisine, enjoying an excellent truffle.

The accommodation has a washing machine and tumble dryer in a common room and a lovely garden to relax in. Parking is available on site and you can fire up the barbecue in a dedicated communal corner for a pleasant evening of grilled specialities. In addition, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen in the house is at your disposal.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
