La Licina is reminiscent of an ancient Umbrian village, with two independent buildings divided by an alley with views of the surrounding countryside. The oldest part of the house, inhabited by the owners, has a small private chapel dating back to 1699. The property is immersed in four hectares of olive grove, with a swimming pool, and a truffle grove of oaks and hazelnuts. Spoleto is only two kilometres away, has a very ancient history and is one of the main tourist centres of the'Umbria, per l'importance of its archaeological, early medieval and Renaissance monuments.There are two houses to rent.La Ginestra has an independent entrance from a second access road to the property. The living/dining room, with its kitchen built into a large brick arch, overlooks the terrace/garden. A corridor leads to the bedrooms, one twin and one double with en-suite bathroom with shower.The second bathroom is complete with bath . The views are of the Martani mountains, and all the rooms have lovely views. La Ginestra has heating, free WI-FI, and use of a laundry room. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
