Staying at La Licina is like staying in an ancient Umbrian hamlet, with two separate and independent buildings divided by an alleyway with views towards the surrounding countryside. In the oldest of the two buildings, where the owners live, there is a small private chapel dating back to 1699. The property is surrounded by four hectares of olive groves, with the swimming pool, as well as oak and hazel trees under which truffles grow.Only two kilometers from La Licina is the city of Spoleto, that is between Orvieto and Perugia. Its very ancient history and the importance of its monuments, from both the early Middle Ages and the Renaissance, make it one of the main Umbrian touristic attractions.There are two units to rent in the house.Apartment "Il Tartufo" is accessed from the alleyway and the main lounge includes the kitchen and dining area. The rooms are off a corridor, one double and another very spacious triple. The whole apartment looks out to the countryside and the views extend all the way to Montefalco. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub and two wash basins. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
