Each apartment has its own private terrace. Guests are welcome to use the communal pool and barbecue. This particular apartment is on the ground floor. The house is beautifully furnished, with cheerful colors creating a cozy atmosphere. All apartments are equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and a safe.
You have access to a small communal garden with grass, garden furniture, and stunning views of the surrounding wooded hills. Enjoy the peaceful and tranquil setting. In this mountain village, residents still live according to ancient traditions. Here, the shepherd still passes by with his sheep. Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature.
Explore the grounds with one of the five available mountain bikes. The area boasts many cultural attractions. For example, visit Spoleto (30 km) with its historical buildings and art. Or enter Spello (40 km) through the Roman Porta Consulare. Nature lovers can enjoy the Marmore waterfalls (30 km).

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
