The holiday home for 10 persons has six bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony or terrace, a terrace, a boules court, a swimming pool, a barbecue, a sauna, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, four bidets, three baths with showers, six washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine) and a dishwasher.

Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool. The villa features one bedroom and a sitting room connected by an inner staircase. Both areas are finished with high-quality wooden flooring. Any damage caused to the flooring or interiors will be charged to the guest for repair.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
