The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed, a single bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a heater. This agriturismo is located between Umbria and Tuscany, in the quiet countryside and about 7 km from Lake Trasimeno. The holiday home is surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, olive trees, and lavender, and is blessed with a magnificent view. In total, there are 11 apartments.
The location is ideal for hiking through the natural parks. You will also find several nice towns within a short distance, such as Castiglione del Lago, Tuoro, Passignano, Città della Pieve, Paciano, Panicale, Perugia, Assisi, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, and Montepulciano.
Apartment Zinie does not have a reserved space; however, it is possible to go down to the ground floor, where you will find yourself at the back in a space with a beautiful view, where you can have a table reserved for yourself for the entire stay. But there are also other tables, which can be used by the other guests of the structure. The agriturismo sells local wine and olive oil. There is a communal swimming pool, and for the children, there is play equipment and a football field. It i, therefore, also an ideal place for families with children.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
