The flat, on the first floor of a modern building with lift, is located in a very well served area, close to public transport (train and bus), shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, and restaurants. The flat, built in 1998 and renovated in 2009, with its 50 square metres can accommodate 2 to 4 people. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
