Spacious and panoramic studio apartment of approximately 38 square meters on the first floor, comprising a large living room with a double bed, a single sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.

Immersed in pristine nature and just a short distance from Assisi, the estate welcomes guests in a charming atmosphere amidst olive groves and vineyards, with splendid views of the San Francesco complex. The farmhouse, accessible via a short dirt road, retains the authentic rustic look of an Umbrian farmhouse and has been divided into five independent apartments—studios, one-bedroom apartments, and a spacious two-bedroom apartment—dedicated to the alchemical elements of Sun, Moon, Earth, Fire, and Water. Each apartment is carefully furnished and features a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and private outdoor spaces such as gardens or panoramic terraces.

On the lawn, just steps from the farmhouse, is the swimming pool with a furnished garden area. Barbecue facilities, parking, and mountain bikes for excursions along the Franciscan trails are also available. The property also offers food and wine experiences with a restaurant, DOP wine and olive oil tastings, cooking classes, in-villa chef service, and a pet welcome kit. The on-site farm produces excellent Umbrian wines and olive oils, enhancing the authenticity of your stay. Relaxation, culture, and nature combine the ideal setting to experience the magic of Umbria, combining modern comforts, hospitality, and tradition.
