The holiday home for 16 persons has five bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with two double sofa beds, four double beds, a single bed, two single sofa beds and three double beds or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden, a bicycle, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a terrace and a patio and there are 11 air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five showers, four bidets, five washbasins and five toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, three fridge-freezers and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with three ovens, three stoves and three coffee makers.

From the garden of the cottage you can admire three characteristic villages of the area: Vinci, Cerreto and San Miniato, which light up an intense orange at night. On the panoramic terrace you will also find a restaurant that you can even book exclusively for your group, Tuscan food and excellent wines produced directly on the farm are served. The restaurant is also open to those who do not stay overnight in the hotel. In the garden you will also find a barbecue area with a pergola, as well as a lounge area to relax at sunset.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
