The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a stereo (wireless). In addition there is a garden, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a barbecue and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, five toilets, four showers and a bidet.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a coffee maker, a stovetop, a dishwasher and an oven.

Welcome to the peace and beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Tenuta del Serra is a stunning, recently renovated holiday villa nestled among lush olive groves in the heart of Tuscany. Here, you’ll experience the real Italy: elegant, tasteful, and in perfect harmony with nature.

The villa accommodates 8 guests (a 9th bed is available on request) and combines traditional Tuscan architecture with modern comforts. This is the first season the family home is available for rental, offering guests a unique and lovingly curated space.

Inside, you’ll find a charming dining room, a cozy lounge, and an authentic cantina (wine cellar) offering select local wines. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker. It opens directly to the outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view.

Each bedroom is tastefully furnished, air-conditioned, and features a private modern bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet—ensuring full privacy and comfort.

Outside, a private pool with a sun deck invites you to relax. Surrounded by greenery, olive trees, and shade from the pergola and lounge area, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy summer evenings under the stars at the barbecue and garden pavilion.

The olive grove is ideal for peaceful walks, and the surrounding area offers hiking and mountain biking trails. Nearby, the picturesque village of Vicopisano offers medieval charm, and cities like Florence, Lucca, Pisa, and Siena are within easy reach.

Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged Fire pits, gourmets, fondues or other baking and grilling equipment are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed in designated areas We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. House rules are displayed in the living room.

On 700 meter of Tenuta del Serra you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Tenuta del Serra in Vicopisano you can go to the beach.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
