This magnificent old house has dense forest in front of it and spectacular views to the valley above all from the top of the tower where guest can sleep in the canopy bed. Outside a wonderful garden with a 12 x 6 swimming pool, a fabulous patio for “dining al fresco” during the summer and one gazebo. Inside the villa maintains all the antique features beacuse the rooms are decorated according to the traditional style with terracotta floors, and wooden beams ceilings. The fixtures and fittings are of excellent standard and the furnishing are really tasteful. Villa Torre Uliveto is ideal for 4/5 families or a large group of friends who want to enjoy each other’s company in perfect privacy. The villa is superbly located for exploring the very best of Tuscany. Lucca, Pistoia, Chianti Rufina, Chianti Classico and Casentino National Park are less than one hour driving and the center of Firenze is easily reachable in 35 minutes by train from San Piero a Sieve which is only 10 km. Villa Torre Uliveto is in the countryside of the area called Mugello where there are a lots of attractions like Bilancino Lake (20 km), Mugello Circuit (very famous for Motorcycle Grand Prix), the Fashion Outlet Mc Arthur Glen and several interesting medieval towns like Scarperia, Barberino, Vicchio and Borgo San Lorenzo.On request it is possible to rent Vespa or Fiat 500, make an experience in Mugello circuit and have a private chef at home. Pool is open from 1st of May until 2nd of October.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
