The nearest airport is the Amerigo Vespucci Airport in Florence, just over an hour's drive away.

Inside, the warm and welcoming furnishings create a comfortable atmosphere throughout. The property occupies the first floor, where you'll find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and laundry area, a kitchen with a dining space, and a living room with a double sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials, including a kitchen with a hob, oven, coffee machine, fridge-freezer, and toaster. Additional amenities like Wi-Fi and a smart TV ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.

Montevarchi's market is on Thursdays, Terranuova's on Fridays and San Giovanni Valdarno's on Saturdays.

For wine lovers, the towns of Gaiole in Chianti and Radda in Chianti are both less than an hour away and are the nearest towns where Chianti wine is produced. In this area you will find beautiful wine cellars where you can taste and buy wine directly from the vineyards.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
