With two swimming pools, a furnished garden, and a terrace with barbecue, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and rustic charm. Pets are welcome for an additional fee, making it a great choice for the whole family.

Just 4 km from the town center, the location is ideal for exploring Tuscany. Take a day trip to Florence (20 km) or enjoy wine tasting at Castello di Verrazzano, a Chianti gem. Other exciting day trips include Siena, Arezzo, Pisa, Lucca, and Perugia—all within reach for a cultural and culinary adventure.

The cottage includes a washing machine (available for a small fee), and Firenze Airport is only 30 km away. Check-in is between 3–7 PM, and check-out is from 8–10 AM. A €200 cash deposit is required at check-in and refunded at departure if no damage occurs. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
