Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool round (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 08.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Parking on the premises.
