The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. La Grotta di Montecchino country house is located in the heart of Tuscany and is the ideal starting point for day trips to the region's most architecturally and scenically stunning sites. A variety of leisure activities are available nearby, including horseback riding (approx. 2 km) and tennis (approx. 300 m). A bus to the town center runs every 30 minutes. Guests with diverse interests can easily reach famous art cities such as Florence (55 km), San Gimignano (45 km), Volterra (70 km), Perugia-Assisi (110 km), Monte Amiata (80 km), or the magnificent Tyrrhenian coast.

The center of Siena is only 5–6 km away, and the nearest town is 2–3 km away.

Our apartments are located in renovated country houses that have retained the characteristic style of bygone eras while offering modern comforts.

Here, our guests will find not only peace and relaxation, but also numerous opportunities to experience our simple traditions, rooted in our ancient and wholesome rural culture, where time was merely a means to an end, not a constraint on daily life.

All apartments, with the exception of Apartments Mais and Susino, are located on the raised ground floor and are accessible via approximately 10 steps.

All single beds can be converted into double beds upon request.

Sun loungers and parasols are available by the pool.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
