There are also several leisure activities nearby, such as horseback riding (approx. 2 km) and tennis (approx. 300 m). A bus to town runs every 30 minutes. Visitors with diverse interests can easily reach famous art cities like Florence (55 km), San Gimignano (45 km), Volterra (70 km), Perugia-Assisi (110 km), Monte Amiata (80 km), or the magnificent Tyrrhenian coast.
The city center of Siena is only 5-6 km away, and the nearest town is just 2-3 km away.
Our apartments are located in restored old farmhouses that have retained the characteristic style of bygone eras while offering all the modern comforts.
Our guests will find here not only soothing peace and relaxation, but also many opportunities to experience our simple traditions, rooted in our old and wholesome farming culture, where time was simply a means to an end and not a constraint on daily life.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
