General

The holiday home for 14 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private), an air conditioner and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

This beautiful villa with swimming pool and large park with olive grove, fruit trees and rose garden is located near Pistoia.
Arriving at the villa one immediately has the feeling of being in a unique place, full of colours, scents and lights.

The large swimming pool (12 x 6 m, 1.40 to 1.50 m deep, open from 1 April to 30 September) is located in a place with a beautiful view and offers several areas where guests can relax: a lounge area by the pool with changing rooms, refrigerator, WC and shower, a gazebo for outdoor dining and a barbecue area.

The 2-level villa has a surface area of 450 m², is elegantly furnished and can accommodate up to 14 persons.
The entrance is on the ground floor and offers access to a spacious living room, from which there is also access to a furnished veranda overlooking the countryside. With a piano, satellite TV, DVD player, fireplace and dining area. On the same floor there is also a bathroom with shower, while a staircase leads to a separate gallery with a double bed. On another level is a second living room with fireplace and dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, blender, juicer and pizza oven) and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
The sleeping area on the ground floor comprises 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and the other with bath and shower), one of which opens onto the outside, and a twin bedroom.
Upper floor: accessible from both inside and outside. Large living room with kitchenette (4-burner cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher), fireplace and piano. One bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and bathtub, one bedroom with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed), one bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower
The villa is fully air-conditioned (bedrooms and living areas) and has Wi-Fi, mosquito nets on all windows and hairdryers in all bathrooms. There is covered parking for three cars. Small pets are allowed only on request. Children's playground.

NOTE: Electricity consumption included up to 300 kW (normally our guests do not exceed 300 kW).
A welcome basket (light dinner and continental breakfast for the first morning) and a welcome drink are included in the price. 2 hours mid-week cleaning and towel change are included.

Distances: The nearest town is Casalguidi 1,5 km (shops, bar, restaurant), Pistoia 9 km, Montecatini Terme (famous thermal baths) 18 km. Golf Club 15/25 km, Florence 40 km, Lucca 50 km, Pisa 65 km, Viareggio and the beaches 70 km.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
