The holiday home for 19 persons has eight bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool (private), a garden, a balcony, a terrace and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

This large 19th-century villa is located near Serravalle (3 km), a small medieval village between Florence and Pisa. The village is situated on a hilltop and has two towers with a breathtaking view (one towards Florence and the other towards Pisa); thanks to its two towers, the settlement held a strategic position in the Middle Ages.

Situated in a quiet location and surrounded by a large park with century-old trees, the 600 m² villa with private swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth from 90 to 140 cm, only from June to September, with shower) has 20 rooms and can accommodate up to 19 people.
The spacious gardens and outdoor areas are ideal for a relaxing holiday and nature walks; you can also relax under the gazebo overlooking the olive groves, sip a glass of wine and prepare the barbecue in the meantime. The owners will always be on hand to give you a tour of the estate's wine cellars or to taste the fine wine or olive oil produced here.

The villa is on 3 floors, with original pieces and tastefully furnished.
The 19 people can be accommodated in 7 bedrooms + sofa beds. At guests' disposal: Wi-Fi, satellite TV.
Ground floor: entrance with beautiful old stone staircase, service bathroom. On the right side there is a TV room and a double room with bath/shower. On the left side is a large dining room (formerly the old stables) and a courtyard. An old kitchen used as a dining room (for 10 persons) and the new kitchen (5 gas rings, oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, freezer) with a large dining area for 20 persons.
On the ground floor is also the old domestic chapel, used in the past by the noble family who lived here.
First floor: large living rooms, a beautiful hunting room converted into a dining room and three small living rooms with a view of the garden. There is also a double bedroom, a double sofa bed and a bathroom.
Second floor: a suite with living room and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. Another suite with a living room and a large sofa bed for 1 person, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom. A twin room with bath/shower and 2 double rooms, each with bath/shower.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
