Campo Valerio is an elegant, traditional Tuscan villa accommodating up to 13 guests, set in a stunning hilltop location surrounded by 13 hectares of olive groves. On clear days, you can enjoy views of the Gulf of Follonica, just 7 km away. A 500-meter country road leads to the villa, which offers a large private parking area and a beautifully landscaped, illuminated garden. The property is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access throughout.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, a large dining room with fireplace and terrace access, a fully equipped semi-professional kitchen, and a guest bathroom. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms (5 doubles and 1 single), each with a private en-suite bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning, and flexible double or twin-bed arrangements.

A separate stone annex provides an additional bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette, specially designed to comfortably accommodate guests with reduced mobility.

Outside, guests can relax in the villa’s beautifully maintained gardens or enjoy the spectacular 10 x 20 m private swimming pool, complete with a spacious sun terrace, loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower (open May 1–September 30).

The beaches of Puntone, Follonica, and Cala Violina are just a short drive away, while over 80 km of scenic trails surrounding the estate are perfect for hiking and mountain biking through the Tuscan countryside.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
