Violetta is a flat with a garden located on the ground floor of a villa surrounded by greenery. The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette and dining area, two double bedrooms each with an additional single bed and a bathroom with shower, small tub and bidet. The accommodation has access to the garden where there is an open dining area with barbecue and wood-burning oven. Violetta is located in the pine forest of Sassetta, in the calm and tranquillity of the countryside. It is about 800 metres from the centre of Sassetta and 12 km from the sea at Castagneto Carducci. Guests have free access to a botanical garden and a private beach located 17 kilometres from the Villa.

Arriving from the north or south on the Aurelia Superstrada, SS n. 1, take the exit for Donoratico, arriving at the roundabout with a large circular flowerbed, take the sign for Donoratico or the first exit, go over the Aurelia Superstrada SS n. 1 and the railway, turn right always following the sign for Donoratico, after about one kilometre you will arrive in Donoratico, go past the village until you see the sign "VIA DEL MERCATO" on the left, then turn left entering this street, after about 50 metres you will find "VIA IV NOVEMBRE", turn left into Via IV Novembre and after 30 metres on the left there is a house with arches, ring at number 6, VACANZE TOSCANE SAS. If you arrive by train it is possible to be picked up at Donoratico - Castagneto Carducci Station (1km from our premises) and taken back to the station on the day of check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
