A lovingly renovated, stone-built holiday home from 1920, completely isolated in the countryside, surrounded by olive trees, chestnut trees, forests, streams, and meadows.
The house is simply but comfortably furnished for 2 to 4 people, with a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen-living room.
It offers plenty of privacy and has a shady terrace with a barbecue, surrounded by mature trees and many flowers, and a second terrace in the sun.
Thanks to the thick stone walls, the house is always cool in summer, making it pleasant.
There is an organic swimming pool 100 meters away.
Sustainability:
The energy we use is generated by solar panels, all cleaning products are biodegradable, and the water comes from a private (controlled) spring.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
