You are in a beautiful residential complex located in the green of a hilly area in the heart of Tuscany, in a quiet and very panoramic position just 4 km from San Miniato. The property is surrounded by a 2-hectare park with a small Italian-style garden. Each apartment has its own private and equipped outdoor area. A panoramic swimming pool immersed in the landscape, a barbecue, games for children, and ping-pong among olive trees and vineyards makes this property very desirable for a family with kids or a group of travellers.
This home is exactly halfway between Pisa and Florence, very close to Lucca, Livorno, and the Tyrrhenian coast. Chianti and Siena are also easily reachable. You have an infinite choice of itineraries: tourist, gastronomic and natural, a wide range of events related to popular culture, music, and food which lies at the core of the Tuscan tradition.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
