This cozy 2-bedroom chalet offers a peaceful escape for up to 4 guests, making it ideal for families seeking nature and tranquility. Nestled in a vast estate of 100 hectares filled with chestnut and turkey oak forests, the home is perfect for scenic walks and complete relaxation. Constructed from original farm buildings like a barn and two sheepfolds, the stone-and-wood house enjoys full southern exposure with sweeping views. Though immersed in greenery, it's just a 15-minute walk, or a 5 km drive, from the town square. Major Tuscan destinations like Pistoia (29 km), Lucca (50 km), and Florence (60 km) are within easy reach. The sea (Marina di Vecchiano or Viareggio) is around 1.5 hours away by car, and Florence airport lies 60 km from the property. Inside, the home features a warm living/dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms with bunk beds or single beds. Outside, enjoy a private fenced pool (5 x 3 m), a terrace, and a garden with furniture. Pets are welcome, and on-site parking is available. Please note, check-in is required before 20:00.

An optional utilities and service package of EUR 50,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it.
This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
