Thanks to its southern exposure, the home enjoys plenty of natural light and sweeping panoramic views. The spacious holiday home includes 2 bedrooms and comfortably hosts up to 4 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups. It features a private swimming pool, a cozy fireplace, and a private terrace for outdoor relaxation. Conveniently located, the town square is a 15-minute walk or 5 km by car. The cities of Pistoia (29 km), Lucca (50 km), and Florence (60 km) are within easy reach, and the sea (Marina di Vecchiano or Viareggio) is about 1.5 hours away by car. Florence Airport is 60 km from the house.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
