The birthplace of Giotto and Cimabue is a few kilometres away and a fascinating archaeological site with the remains of the Romanesque church of San Martino and an Etruscan building can be visited near Frascole.

Shops, supermarkets, banks and the train station are located in Dicomano, just a 10-minute drive from the property.
From the Dicomano railway station, you can easily take a direct train to Florence and in 30 minutes you can reach the historic centre of this world-famous city.
Lake Bilancino is 20 km away and the endless beaches of the Adriatic coast (Rimini, Riccione, etc.) are only 140 km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
