Nearby attractions: Porto Azzurro 5 km, Capoliveri 11 km, Rio nell'Elba 13 km, Portoferraio 18 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Guarded residence. Additional accommodations can be booked. Guests can use the swimming pools (sea water and fresh water) free of charge except the use sunloungers and umbrellas (extra). Bar, restaurants and market (01.06/15.09). WIFI signal is garantuee only near the pool area (fresh water one). Opening dates and times of the swimming pools and restaurants may vary if demand is not sufficient or in adverse weather conditions.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
