Capo d'Arco is an exclusive, private residential complex located within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, nestled amidst the natural beauty of Elba. Situated on Capo Cannelle along the scenic road between Porto Azzurro and Rio de Janeiro, the complex offers exclusive villas, sea-view cottages, and luxurious apartments in a well-maintained and private setting. Guests have access to numerous communal facilities, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a football pitch, beach volleyball, bars, restaurants, a mini-market, a children's playground, and areas for relaxation and entertainment. These communal facilities are generally open from late May to mid-September.

The Capo d'Arco grounds are crisscrossed by several nature trails that lead both within the complex and into the surrounding countryside of Elba. These trails can be explored on foot, by bicycle, or by motorbike, offering insights into the natural landscape and panoramic views. Access to the complex is exclusively for guests and is monitored by a concierge. The swimming pools and main communal facilities are generally open from early June to late September.

The Agrumeto apartment is located in the prestigious Capo d’Arco residence on the east coast of Elba. Nestled in nature, this exclusive setting offers tranquility and breathtaking views, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday.

With an area of approximately 70 m², the apartment features two bedrooms: a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a bunk bed and a smart-working area. The spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa and a dining area with direct access to the terrace. The separate, fully equipped kitchen features an oven, an induction cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an espresso machine, and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. From the living room, you can access a furnished terrace with sea views. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. A separate entrance and private parking complete the amenities.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
