General

The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a terrace, a swimming pool (private) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Villa La Fornace is located among Siena, Chiantishire, Val di Chiana, “Crete Senesi” and Val d’Orcia. It is a wonderful and charming typical Villa with a private outdoor swimming pool. Outside there is a wonderful garden with a 12 x 6 swimming pool and two gazebo for “dining al fresco” during the summer. The style of the furnishing indoors, combined with the characteristic shape of the building, blend well to give Villa La Fornace a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The villa has been restored with local materials like stones, wooden beams and Florentine terracotta floors, fixtures and fittings are of excellent standard and the furnishing are really tasteful. Villa La Fornace is ideal for 2/3 families or a group of friends who want to enjoy each other’s company in perfect privacy but the villa is superbly located for exploring the very best of Tuscany: Siena, Castelnuovo Berardenga (Chianti Classico) and Montepulciano are less than 30 minutes driving. Cortona, Arezzo, Firenze, Montalcino and San Gimignano are reachable in maximum one hour. Swimming pool is open from May 1st till November 1st.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
