General

The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels) and a fireplace. In addition there is a swimming pool, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

This beautiful stone house lays on the Tuscan hills not far away from Quarrata. Florence, Pistoia and Lucca are few km away.

The house is divided into 2 big apartments (FABIO e GIULIA according to its owner's names) that can be also eventually rented together by a group of people or 2 families travelling together. It is surrounded by a big sunny garden and 500 olive trees. This is the apartment GIULIA. The apartment has kitchen, dining roo, living room and a bathroom with shower on the groundfloor with direct access to the garden. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms and one more bathroom with shower. The apartment GIULIA hosts up to 6 persons having 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with a french bed (120x200) and a sleeping gallery over the living room with one single bed (75x200). One bathroom with shower on the ground floor and 1 bathroom with shower on the first floor, The house has independent heatingsystem and fireplaces in the living room for the colder months. In the living room and in some of the bedrooms LED TV (no satellite) The kitchen is completely furnitured and equipped: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, 4 gas hobs, coffee machine (both electric and moka) and obviously cutlery/pottery/stoves. Bedrooms’disposal: 2 double bedrooms with bed size 160x200 1 single bedroom with bed size 120x200 1 bed on the gallery over the livingroom (bed size 75x200)

The big garden is at your disposal: you will find table and chairs and a wooden gazebo with one more table and places for about 12 persons. Barbecue with charcoals. By the pool outdoor showers, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. Please note: parking, garden, swimming pool and barbecue are to share with guests of apartment FABIO. Both apartment have private entrance door on opposite sites of the house. In this way they have privacy having their terraces with table, chairs and sun umbrellas on opposite sites of the house.

We have a baby travel bed at disposal for children up to 3 years. It is for free. Internet in WiFi modus inside the house up to 2 GB per day for free. Extra consumption will be daily checked and charged at the end of the stay. Pets are welcome at our place! There is a super spacious brand new dog kennel with a covered zone and water where you can leave your pet – if you want – if you would like to visit a museum or to go out for dinner leaving it unstressed at home.

The house lays in a very peaceful place and has a really breathtaking view! In the near village Quarrata (about 4 km) you will find everything you need: supermarkets, bakery, butcher, post office, bank with automat. The house is not to get by bus or train: having a car is a must! Casa Buriano is the ideal place where to spend a pleasant and peaceful holiday in a still uncrowded part of Tuscany. Also ideal starting point to make day-trips to discover the northern part of this region. Pistoia is only 15 km away and it is a real medieval jewel ignored by the most part of the turists. From Pistoia you can easily reach Florence and Lucca in less than 20 minutes by train or less than 30 by car from our house. Vinci the birth place of Leonardo da Vinci is easy to reach by driving along the country road on the Montalbano. And even the Tirrenian cost (Versilia) it is easy to get by car with the Highway A11 Firenze-Mare or by train from Pistoia Station. All in all, there is to be spoilt for choice!

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
