The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a swimming pool, a balcony, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The flat is located in Pratovecchio, in Località Casalino (about 30 inhabitants, 4 km from the centre). It is surrounded by a private garden with tall trees, adjacent to the National Park of the Casentino Forests.

NOTE: In the event that the object with two adults + a child is booked, the guest will have the green space highlighted in the photographic report on the map. If the accommodation is occupied by up to 4 adults + a child, another bedroom with balcony and private bathroom is also available to guests on the same floor. This variant is highlighted in the same photo with the colour orange, and is an additional 18 sqm.

This cosy 45 sqm flat is located on the ground floor and is accessed from the garden. It is suitable for two persons. It has a kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. In the living/dining room there is a table with seating for four and an antique fireplace and sink, but this is only decorative. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

During the renovation of the villa in 2003, the decorations on the walls, the ceilings with wooden beams and terracotta floors are (some of which are still the original antique floor) restored to their former glory. The villa is partially furnished with antiques. A bread service can be ordered on request from Monday to Saturday. Once a week our guests can expect a special surprise. This flat is very suitable for couples and small families.The villa is located near the park with marked bicycle paths. The Adriatic coast is about 90 minutes by car, the Tyrrhenian Sea two hours by car. It is also possible to bathe in the lake, which is 1.5 km away from the centre of Pratovecchio, Stia or in the Arno river. Pratovecchio is about 4 km away. Excursions can be taken to the Poppi Zoo, the Verna Sanctuary, the Camaldoli hermitage and the Casentino Forest National Park. Florence and Arezzo are 50 minutes away by car, Siena 80. From Arezzo you can take the fast train from Rome in just 1 hour and 5 minutes, so even day trips are possible. In Casalino there is a small grocery shop, where you can get snacks and an internet connection.

Behind the main house is a 1300 square metre, fenced and paved garden, 100 m² large courtyard with tables, benches and barbecue, which can be lit at night. There is also a swimming pool (11.5 x 5.5 m, 05.05. to 29.09) and equipped with sun loungers and parasols, sun terrace. Both will be shared. From here you can enjoy a lovely view over the roofs of the city and the hills. There is parking on the road outside the property.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
