The holiday home for 14 persons has eight bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a DVD player. In addition there is a barbecue, a balcony, a swimming pool (private), a table tennis table, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher and an oven.

The living area of approximately 300 m² is on two levels. There is a washing machine in a separate cottage near the house.

In the case of a reservation for up to eleven people, 2 rooms in the villa will not be available for rent to other guests. In this case 2 rooms will be closed.

At the back of the house you can enjoy from the terrace with garden furniture and gazebo a beautiful view of the valley and the medieval castles of Poppi, Romena and Porciano. Approximately 40 m from the house is a large circular fenced swimming pool (water surface approx. 180 m², depth: 1.50 m; open in mid- and high season, with indoor jacuzzi) with night lighting, games for children and adults, with sun umbrellas, deck chairs with cushions and outdoor shower with hot water. Next to the pool is a summer kitchen with table, brick barbecue, and worktop.

On request bread service from Monday to Saturday only with payment on site.

The centre of the village of Pratovecchio, where you will find shops, is about 1 km away. The tennis court is 1 km away, horse riding 4 km, golf course (9 holes) 6 km. The cities of Florence and Arezzo are 40 km away. From Arezzo by train I can reach Rome in just one hour.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
