General

The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed or two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a boules court, a table tennis table, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a jacuzzi and there are two terraces. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, a washbasin and a bidet.

The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible via an internal staircase located under a 10 sqm loggia shared with the flat ‘L'Acero’. The entrance is independent, guaranteeing privacy and autonomy. The living room is cosy and well-equipped, with a kitchenette equipped with a cooker with three gas and one electric hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, Italian and international coffee machine, toaster, mixer and, on request, microwave oven. A table with six chairs, a two-seater sofa bed, a coffee table, a wooden cabinet, a satellite TV and a telephone with a direct outside line complete the room. The living room windows offer a beautiful panoramic view of the valley.

The flat has two bedrooms furnished with period furniture. The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, an upholstered chair, carpets and a window with a view of the pool and Monte della Verna. The second bedroom, with two single beds, includes a chest of drawers, a bedside table, an upholstered chair, carpets and a window overlooking the Casentino valley.

The property is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located in the province of Arezzo, immersed in a 12-hectare fenced area of gardens and woods, ideal for relaxing walks in nature. The property has nine holiday accommodations furnished in authentic Tuscan style and offers a variety of amenities, including a playground, a bocce court, a ping-pong table, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, covered parking, a swimming pool, and a small Jacuzzi for five people. There are also two common rooms with a fireplace and a laundry area with washing machines and irons.

On the farm it is possible to buy genuine home-made products such as ham and cold cuts. Mountain bike hire, laundry service, telephone use and extra linen are available on request and at an extra cost.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
