A relaxing place, ideal for both family holidays and romantic honeymoons. An enchanting place where your privacy is guaranteed, the villa is in the middle of orchards and olive groves and the pool is surrounded by cypress trees. So you can relax, far from the smog and city noise. The villa has a well-kept lawn that connects the jacuzzi to the pool. You can easily visit the most important art cities in Tuscany, such as Siena, Florence, Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano, the Chianti wine cellars and many small medieval villages. A few hundred metres from the villa is the medieval village of Montecastelli Pisano where you will also find a restaurant/pizzeria and bar. We will be at your disposal throughout your stay, you will have assistance and support from the day of your arrival when we will hand over the keys to the day of your departure.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
