Cosy, comfortable house "Tavoleria", built in 1500, renovated in 2025. In the centre of Pisa, residential area (villas), excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 10 km from the sea, in a pedestrian area. In the house: with TV, internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, heating available only from 15.Nov. - 15.Apr.. Public parking 200 m. Grocery, supermarket, restaurant, bar 20 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station 2 km. Nearby attractions: Torre di Pisa 400 m, Firenze 70 km, Lucca 30 km, San Gimignano 80 km, Volterra 60 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (included). The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
