Ideally located for swimming (you can choose between a public beach and equipped private bathing areas) as well as for visiting historic Tuscan cities (15 minutes from Pisa Galilei Airport).

Wi-Fi, parking, two large terraces, garden, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. Very close to the sea, within walking distance.

Casa Marchese

The house comprises a large living room with a fireplace and a dining room with access to the outdoor terrace. On the same floor, you will find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a washing machine. On the first floor, accessible via an internal spiral staircase, there is a large double bedroom with a sitting area and a full en-suite bathroom. From here, you also have access to a large terrace furnished with a sun lounger.

The house was completely renovated in June 2021. It is equipped with air conditioning in all main rooms, including the bedrooms.

On 200 meter of 389954 you will find one or more restaurants. You can also relax, because near 389954 in Pisa you can go to the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
