General

The holiday home for 14 persons has eight bathrooms and seven bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. In addition there is an air conditioner, a garden (fenced), a barbecue and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless), a freezer and a washing machine.

This beautiful villa is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding olive groves and the Renaissance town of Pienza.

Furnished in typical Tuscan style with antique and wooden furniture, the villa has a large garden with terracotta pots containing geraniums, wild roses, lavender and rosemary bushes, which form a beautiful setting for the swimming pool (15 x 5 m, 90 to 170 cm deep, open from 9 May to 3 October), situated on a terrace overlooking the countryside. Around the pool and in the garden there are tables and loungers, lovely places to relax, read, chat and taste the excellent local wines. A covered dining area with a fireplace, pizza oven, barbecue, table and chairs allows guests to enjoy unforgettable Tuscan sunsets.

The 700 m² villa can accommodate up to 14 people. The traditional structure of the farmhouse is respected, which is divided into two independent units: the ground floor, formerly the stables, which can accommodate 10 people, and the upper floor, which still sleeps four and was once the farmers' living quarters. Consequently, it is the perfect place for family reunions or groups of friends looking for an 'oasis' of peace surrounded by art and culture.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven, electric coffee maker, kettle, Italian coffee maker, juicer, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher), a large living room with dining area and double doors opening onto the front terrace and the back garden. A smaller living room with a large stone fireplace, surrounded by comfortable sofas, offers an intimate, warm and cosy atmosphere. The ground floor consists of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all with en-suite bathrooms (3 with shower and 2 with bath and shower head), as well as a bathroom and WC.
An external stone staircase leads to the upstairs flat. Four beautiful arched windows overlook the valley and the huge oak tree in front of the house, creating an open and dynamic space. Another area with a large stone fireplace offers an ideal retreat for afternoon reading. Lovers of good food will find the fully equipped kitchen an ideal place, and the view from the many windows will be a feast for the eyes. Bathroom.
The sleeping/bathroom area consists of 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi and shower and the other with shower).
The villa is fully air-conditioned, equipped with central heating and mosquito nets.
Other facilities: Wi-Fi connection, satellite TV, CD/DVD player and Hi-Fi stereo system, hairdryer in all bathrooms, table tennis table.
A buffet on arrival and a continental breakfast on the first morning welcome all visitors. A 3-hour cleaning service on Wednesdays with towel change is included in the price.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
