The larger town of Pescia, just 15 minutes away, offers notable historical sites like the 13th-14th century Palazzo del Vicario and the modern Old Flower Market. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
